Among the owners are Hungarian company managers, as well as international company managers and professionals from India and Dubai.
Our Founders
ZSOLT SZALAI
Founder & CEO. Zsolt Szalai, brings over 20 years of expertise in finance, treasury, and controlling across industries such as banking, transport, and construction logistics. His leadership journey includes serving as CFO for GYSEV CARGO Zrt. and MÁV-START Zrt., as well as Head of Investment Controlling at the Hungarian National Railway Company, where he managed substantial investment portfolios until 2022. Now the founder and co-owner of NPB Group, Zsolt drives success in real estate development, brokerage, and financial consulting. With a focus on innovation and strategic growth, he aims to set new benchmarks in service excellence and client satisfaction.
ISTVÁN BALASSA
Founder & CTO. István Balassa, has over 40 years of experience in construction. After starting in public firms in 1978, he launched his own company, thriving post-1989 with a background in mechanical and building engineering. From 2000 to 2010, he oversaw villa constructions in Los Angeles before returning to Hungary to lead major projects like Kossuth Square and Széll Kálmán Square renovations and healthcare facility developments. Since joining NPB Group in 2023, he brings unmatched expertise to its domestic and international projects.

Muhaimin Saidu
Founder & CSO. With a robust tenure spanning 12 years in the field, Muhaimin Saidu has gained invaluable expertise in Aircraft Maintenance, complemented by extensive management experience. Additionally, with over 20 years as an entrepreneur, he has built a diverse portfolio of ventures, including international recruitment to Finland and Hungary, software development, and airport/airline consultancy, reflecting a commitment to innovation and excellence across multiple domains. In summary, his professional journey is defined by a wealth of hands-on experience and strategic leadership.
